Privacy Policy

Last updated April 18, 2026

localseotool.io respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We keep things short and in plain English because legal documents no one reads are worthless.

What we collect

When you sign up, we collect your email and name. When you use the product, we log the keywords and locations you search, the businesses you track, and the reports you generate. We do not collect or store search data from your end users' devices.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service, send you reports, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We never sell your data. We never share it with marketers.

Who we share it with

We use sub-processors for infrastructure (AWS), email (Postmark), billing (Stripe), and analytics (Plausible). Each sub-processor is contractually required to keep your data confidential. A full list is available on request.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing support@localseotool.io. We respond to data requests within 7 days.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies for authentication and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We use privacy-focused analytics that do not track individuals across the web.

Changes to this policy

We'll notify you by email before any material change to this policy takes effect. For small clarifications, we may update this page without notice — the “last updated” date will always reflect the most recent revision.
