These are the terms under which you use localseotool.io. By signing up or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the service.

The service

localseotool.io provides local SEO rank tracking and lead generation tooling. We do our best to keep it running smoothly but we don't promise the service will be available 100% of the time. Planned maintenance and rare outages happen.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Don't share your login. Don't use the service to do anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the product.

Payment and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time — the service continues through the end of your billing period. If you're unhappy within 30 days of your first paid charge, email support for a full refund.

Acceptable use

Use localseotool.io the way a real agency would. Don't scrape excessively. Don't build products on top of ours without an API agreement. Don't attempt to reverse engineer the service. Standard stuff.

Ownership

You own your data. We own the product. You grant us permission to process your data to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

localseotool.io is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
